Scott McInnis founded the Greensboro Chess Club in 2013 with several friends and successfully ran the club for 4 years as the President. Currently, Scott coaches the chess club at Greensboro Academy Charter School where he trains and coaches dozens of kids from grade levels Kindergarten thru 8th grade. He is well accustomed to different learning styles and always strives to make chess interesting, engaging, and fun for kids.
